STATE & FEDERAL REPORTING MADE EASY
Summer shouldn't be the only season you look forward to. Reporting season can be a pleasant experience with our team. From collecting the required student data to making sure your report is error free and not audit-flagged, we're with you every step of the way.
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
STATE
FEDERAL
The California Department of Education (CDE) requires program grantees to complete an annual outcome-based data report for evaluation and continuous quality improvement. Each year CDE will provide the reporting template to all grantee contacts in May. The individual student data that CDE requires may differ from year to year, but always includes the number of days attended in your before/after school programs disaggregated by program length and grant type.
Federal grants such as the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) and 21st Century High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) program have the same requirement as a state grant. However, there are also additional requirements such as the Annual Performance Report (APR) that a grantee must complete for each individual school which includes specific details about each of your programs staffing patterns, types of activities, and student's performance on standardized tests. This data is disaggregated in several ways based on student dosage.

CLEANING & MERGING
Our experienced staff cleanse and process the data to ensure it is uniform and accurate. We then merge both before school and after school data in a format meeting the strict requirements of the Department of Education.
SUBMISSION
We have a 100% success rate in ensuring on-time report submission of the required student data. We also provide audit-assistance after report submission to ensure you have informed responses to any follow up queries about your data.
